Duties and responsibilities
- 1.Showroom Management
- - Responsible for showroom sales and store room.
- 2. Accounts
- -Compile and process all accounting and administrative related
documents.
- 3.Monthly report
- - Preparation of monthly progress report and monthly stock status
report.
Knowledge and skills requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A"
Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma or
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
in Business Studies/Administration/Management,
Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): UBS ACCOUNTING SYSTEM, QnE ACCOUNTING.
- Preferred skill(s): Accounting.
- Required language(s): English.
- Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia,
Chinese
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative
Support or equivalent. Job role in Administrative Executive or
equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence
status
- Posses own Transport.
