POWERZONE
SUPERCHARGERS are Eaton type supercharges which were developed
in 2007 and has since been successfully mass produced as kits for the
Proton Perdana V6, Proton Satria GTi 4G93 1.8, Proton Wira 1.5, Nissan
Silvia S15 Spec-S, Perodua Kelisa and even the Mercedes Benz C200 W202. It
is expected that more supercharger kits are in development for a wider
range of car models pending market demand and requests.
PowerZone supercharger kits
are potentially crafted and custom built to provide between 40 - 50%
increase in Horsepower and Torque across the whole power band over the
standard engine output, while maintaining driveability, reliabilit and
durability of a standard engine.
PowerZone supercharger kits
comes complete with the supercharger, intercooler, oil cooler, pulley
sets, beltings and all the necessary joints and fittings.

POWERZONE CAMS
are
high performance camshafts that are CAD (computer-designed) and precision
ground by computerized production tools and machinery for durability and
reliability.
Various
factors, such as cam lift, valve velocity, acceleration rate, ramp speed,
etc. are taken into consideration in the design of the cam profile to
ensure minimum stress on the valve train. Only fully tested and the most
suitable profile is chosen for grinding PowerZone camshafts to produce
optimum power output and at the same time making the car suitable for
daily use.
The
main requirement to produce power in the internal combustion engine is to
combine a precise mixture of clean oxygen and fuel, then igniting this
mixture.
The
horsepower and torque output is directly proportional to the rate at which
the mixture enters the combustion chamber. Therefore, the more mixture
that can be crammed into the cylinders, the greater the potential
horsepower output will be. To get more mixture to rush into the cylinders,
the airflow must be improved.
We aim to
improve airflow by modifying cylinder heads, changing camshaft profiles,
fitting multiple carburetors, using fuel injection and turbo chargers or
superchargers, etc.
The least
expensive and quickest way to significantly increase horsepower is to
change the camshaft to one with a high performance profile. However, one
must be careful to select the right camshaft profile for the right
application.
This high
performance camshaft is specially designed for daily road use. What
is interesting is that PowerZone camshafts are able to widen the torque
and power band from engine speeds of between 2500 RPM and 7000 RPM. This
stretched power band means that we can utilize the power for our daily
driving requirements, for fast overtaking, improved hill climbs, higher
cruising speeds, as well as the occasional sprint.

POWERZONE
EXTRACTORS
are designed based on engineering formula. Each and every pipe is
calculated for optimum length and size to produce a siphoning effect. When
one cylinder is blowing out exhaust gases it produces a vacuum or
siphoning effect in the exhaust port of another complementary cylinder.
For example, when cylinder one is on the exhaust stroke a siphoning effect
is produced in the exhaust port of cylinder four in a four-cylinder
engine.
When there
is siphoning effect, the piston now no longer needs to pump the exhaust
gas out. Thus, the power previously used for the pumping effort is now
recovered to propel the car. Furthermore, the cylinder is cleaned of all
exhaust gases and hence the incoming air-fuel mixture is now purer and
produces more power. Therefore, not only is there a recovery of lost power
(pumping losses) but there is actually additional power from the same
amount of fuel and air that goes into the engine cylinders.
Another
important factor that has been taken into consideration is the internal
surface finish of the pipes and flanges. A smooth polished finish ensures
no restriction to airflow. Other factors include bending angles, jointing,
and fitting accuracy. At PowerZone all such factors are duly complied with
to give maximum performance standards.
Not only
can PowerZone extractors improve your engine's performance
and power by about 10%, they are also
designed for maximum torque and power at lower useable engine rpm.

LIMITED SLIP DIFFERENTIALS (L.S.D.'s)
is another innovative product brought to you by
the ingenious engineers of NS Performance Tuning. The PowerZone LSD
conversion kit is a low-cost alternative to the expensive LSD units in the
aftermarket.
All standard cars on the
road has an "open" differential design which allows the left and
right of the driven wheels to turn at different speeds when cornering. The
problem with the standard "open" differential deign is, when one
tyre starts losing grip, the engine will keep directing all torque to the
spinning wheel and thus, gives poor traction. With the PowerZone LSD unit,
the unit will limit the speed difference between the two driven wheels and
this provide superior traction.
The PowerZone LSD has the
widest range to fit various car models from Perodua's to Hondas.

The Dynojet Power Commander
plugs inline with your car’s stock fuel injection system. It uses OEM
(original equipment manufacturer) style connectors making installation
easy and quick. The PCIII USB allows a full range of fuel adjustment, as
much as +/- 100% over stock. Adjustments can be made either with a Windows
based computer or by using the face plate mounted button adjusters. No
permanent changes are made to the bike’s system. Once the unit is
removed the car reverts to its stock settings.

Hassle free USB
communication - The Power Commander USB will instantly and automatically
connect to the Power Commander Control Center software once it is
installed. Simply "power up" the unit and connect the supplied
USB cable to the computer and PCIII USB.
Onboard notes storage - The PCIII USB stores the notes from the map in the
onboard memory. This makes it easy to see exactly which map is loaded. The
notes, just as the map itself, are automatically retrieved upon connecting
to the unit.
Individual cylinder adjustment - All PCIII USB units have a "cylinder
trim" adjustment feature that allows you to "offset" fuel
to one or more cylinders. Additionally, for advanced users, the PCIII USB
allows individual cylinder mapping. Now each cylinder can be mapped
individually throughout the entire rpm/throttle position range.
Enhanced "file compare" utility - The PCIII USB software allows
you to compare two map files without the Power Commander connected. There
is a numerical display as well as a brand new graphical display.
Easier to use "button adjustment" mode - The button adjustment
has been made easier by introducing a "startup delay". This lets
the user have enough time to start the bike and then switch the PCIII USB
into "button adjust" mode. The ranges of the buttons are now
displayed in the software. Simply connect the unit to the computer and
press one of the buttons. Their ranges are shown on the screen.
"Expansion port" for upgrades and accessories - The
"expansion port" allows easy connection of accessories such as
our new ignition module, Quick shifter, Multifunction Hub, Pressure Sensor
display and LCD display unit. Automatic map retrieval upon connection - As
soon as you connect the PCIII USB to the computer and launch the software,
the map installed in the PCIII USB will be displayed.
9V "Power Up" adapter - Every PCIII USB comes with a "power
up" adapter which allows users to program and interface with the
Power Commander on their desktop without being connected to the bike.
Accelerator Pump - You can adjust: A) The amount of fuel to add, B) The
number of engine revolutions during which fuel is added, C) The
sensitivity of throttle movement under which the accelerator pump is
activated.
